Payment
Payment is expected at the time of service. For your
convenience, we accept cash, American Express,
VISA,
MasterCard, and Discover. We do
not accept personal checks.

Prescription Policy & Medication
Refill
To ensure
that you have all your medication when you need it,
please call the office during regular business
hours and we will forward you to the prescription
refill line. Please remember that we will need 24
hours to
address all prescription needs. If pain medication is
needed, you must be first examined by Dr. Sharma
or Family Nurse Practitioner. The Family Practice’s
call group’s policy is that no narcotics will be
phoned in
over the weekend.
Please plan appropriately or you may decide to go to
the Emergency Room closest to you.
To avoid waiting, please call your pharmacy ahead of
time to make sure that your medication is ready
when
you get there.
